 In an age of mono-culture consulting, I provide an outside creative vision to long-term problems based on a career that has jumped between silos. I am unique because I think outside the box on time cycles that are measured in historical terms, coupled with a real focus on what is actionable and how to get solutions that will create lasting value. 

 

My consulting model is not short-term for most of my clients. I focus on long-term solutions, leaving my clients less dependent on me. I am not trying to build a massive organization that requires interdependence on my clients, but rather hunt cool projects where my small team can do world-class work. 

 

The key is to focus on wealth creation and systems resilience. Many solutions can deliver a massive return on investment for a tiny fraction of the investment.
